Q: Can I get a Tshirt design that is different from the templates provided?
A: Yes! You can choose to upload your own design.
Q: What decorationg technology is used for printing?
A: For White t-shirts we use Sublimation, & for coloured t-shirts it is Print & Cut ( Full Color Inkjet Technology).
Q: Is there a set Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for Basic Polyester Tshirts?
A: No. At Vistaprint, you can choose to order even a single custom tshirt or as many as you like.
Q: Does Vistaprint offer designing services for custom polyester tshirt prints?
A: At the moment, we do not have custom designing services, however, you can choose from our range of pre-made designs and templates or simply upload a design you want to print.
Q: What's the recommended file size for custom designs?
A: It is recommended that you share a high-resolution PNG (transparent background) to achieve the best results.
Q: Can I print on the front and the back of the T-shirt?
A: Yes, you can customise on both the sides of Black and White t-shirts. In the case of coloured t-shirt, customization is available only on the front side.
Q: How do I wash my T-shirt?
A: We recommend using warm water in machine wash and tumble dry at low settings. Do not bleach, dry clean or scrub over the print of the t-shirt. While ironing, ensure that the press is warm and not very hot.
