A: As of now, we only provide a black fleece jacket for customisation. We may add more base colours to the fleece pullover, in future.
Q: Are these pullover jackets gender-specific or unisex?
A: The men/women pullover jacket is a unisex product. It is the same for both men and women.
Q: What material is the fleece quarter zip jacket made of? Is it durable?
A: The product is a polyester fleece jacket. Made from 100% polyester material, it is not just lightweight, but warm and durable, as well.
Q. Can I customise the whole length of the black fleece jacket?
A. Unfortunately, we do not offer customisation for the whole length of the polar fleece jacket. You can only customise the left-chest pocket area of the jacket. To check the area more accurately, please click on “START DESIGNING” tab and determine the length and breadth of the area that can be customised.
Q: Is there a minimum order quantity for ordering pullover jackets?
A: No. You can buy a single pullover jacket if you want, but the more you buy, the less you pay per unit.
Q: How do I wash my custom fleece jacket?
A: To wash your jacket, turn it inside out and machine wash warm. Do not bleach and tumble dry low.
Q: What do I do if there is a typo or a design error in my custom pullover jacket?
A: If your order isn’t exactly the way you created it, we will be more than glad to replace it. Just contact our customer care via phone or email and we’ll make it right.
