Tracking My Order
We understand how important it is to know the status and whereabouts of your order, so we've put a tracking link in your shipment confirmation email. You can also track your order from your account:
- Click on My Account. (If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to do so.)
- Click on View Order History in the "Account Tools" section.
- Click the Track button in the "Actions" column.
- You will see your order details on the next page
- Below the address, delivery and order total details, you will see delivery details such as Status, Courier and a Tracking Number
- On clicking the tracking number, the tracking page for the shipping company will open and display the shipping information for your order
Alternatively, you can track your order using the tracking links below based on the courier information given to you along with the tracking ID.

If your order status indicates your order has been shipped and the delivery turnaround time you requested has passed without receiving your order, please contact Customer Support.
