I am using Vistaprint for my personal calendar since last few years and experience has been great. This time I tried album and I am not so happy because of two main reasons. 1. Interaction with support during customization was painful, as changes told in proof were not reflected in spite of only 4 in numbers and completely simple and clear description and repeated interactions with concerned person over email. The simple solution was direct voice call which is most difficult to arrange due to your customer support system
2. Finally I received the album and quality is good except within 10 days two pages stuck together and though tried gently to separate them it damaged photos to some extent. With this product this is not expected as it is supposed to be properly laminated.
I don't know with this how long this album shall last.
So in general good quality photos but poor album quality

The back side of the image was printed wrong! Making the front and back look completely opposite and this happened twice
