Rectangle Flags

Customised Rectangle Flags are a high-visibility branding solution designed to attract attention in both indoor and outdoor environments. Ideal for storefronts, events, exhibitions, promotions, and wayfinding, these flags help your message stand tall and visible from a distance.

Crafted using 180 GSM polyester fabric and printed with high-quality sublimation, the flags offer excellent colour vibrancy, durability, and weather resistance. Supported by a sturdy pole and a dome water base, the setup remains stable in high foot-traffic areas and moderately windy conditions—making it reliable for everyday promotions.

Design Guidelines:

1. The same artwork will be printed on both sides of the flag/banner.
2. Upload your artwork only in the white colour area.
3. The grey boundary area can be filled with your preferred background colour only (no design).
4. Do not place important text, logos, or visuals outside the white zone, as they may be trimmed or hidden.
5. Use high-resolution artwork for sharp and vibrant print results.

Assembly Instructions

What’s inside the box:

X base, water bag, pole set, printed flag

Instructions:

• Step 1- Unfold the X base fully and place it on a flat surface.
• Step 2- Place the empty water bag over the base, fill with water until it feels stable and close the cap tightly. The filled water bag helps securely stabilize your flag.
• Step 3- Join all pole sections and insert the pole into the centre of the base.
• Step 4- Slide the flag sleeve over the pole and pull it down evenly.
• Your flag is ready for display!

Design Restrictions:

• These flags are intended for decorative purposes only.
• National Flags: Orders for national flags are not permitted and will be canceled due to country-specific legal restrictions and sensitivities around commercial use.
• Political Content: Political party flags, election messaging, or any politically sensitive symbols are strictly prohibited.
• Content Compliance: All designs must adhere to internal content standards. Content containing hate speech, discrimination, offensive, inflammatory material, or misuse of religious or culturally sensitive symbols will be rejected.
• Copyright & Trademarks: Reproduction of copyrighted material, trademarks, or protected emblems without proper authorization is not allowed.
