Shipping Options

Choose the delivery option that works best for you. Delivery timelines are calculated from the date you place your order.

Standard Express Same Day
Free Delivery
Delivery as soon as 4-5 business days*		 Flat ₹85 Delivery
Delivery as soon as 2-3 business days*		 Available in Mumbai Only
Order by 12 PM for Same-Day Delivery. Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered the next day.*

*Delivery timelines include production and shipping time and vary by product and delivery PIN code. Orders placed after 6:30 PM IST begin processing the next business day. Express Delivery is available for eligible products and locations only. Your available delivery options and estimated arrival dates will be shown at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping*: Availability of free standard shipping depends on your PIN code and the products in your order. Check your available shipping options and estimated delivery dates at checkout.

Product / Pincode Exceptions

Electronic Products

Electronic products are not eligible for Express Delivery and are shipped exclusively via surface transport.

Bulky or Heavy Products

Certain bulky or heavy products, including LED Lollipop Displays, Promotional Canopy Tents, LED Translight Top Inserts, Customised Promo Tables and LED Clip-on Displays, are not eligible for Express Delivery and are shipped exclusively via surface transport.

PIN Code Restrictions

Delivery options may vary depending on your PIN code. Available delivery options and estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout.

Split Orders

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages on different dates. At checkout, we'll show an estimated delivery date based on the product with the longest delivery timeline. Some items may arrive earlier.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your estimated delivery date and tracking details (where available). You can also check your order status and tracking information in your order history.

A: Based on pincode and carrier serviceability we use different carriers - Delhivery, Bluedart,Shadowfax and India Speed Post (for remote locations) .

A: Standard Delivery: Free on all orders, with delivery in as little as 4-5 business days. Your order follows our standard production and shipping process.

Express Delivery: Available for a flat ₹85 on eligible products and PIN codes, with delivery in as little as 2-3 business days. Your order is prioritised for production and shipping to help it reach you sooner.

A: Yes! Standard Delivery is free on all orders, with no additional shipping charges. Express Delivery is available for eligible products and PIN codes at a flat ₹85.

A: No, we use our own delivery partners to ensure reliable handling, tracking and delivery. We're unable to accommodate requests for alternative couriers.

A: No, we currently don't offer order pickup. All orders are delivered to your chosen shipping address.

A: We currently deliver only within India. If you're ordering from another country, you can visit your regional Vistaprint website for local products, pricing and delivery options.

A: We do offer Express shipping for select products and pin codes. To check if your order qualifies, simply head to checkout—if Express delivery is available for your items and location, it will show up as an option there.

We do our best to meet these dates, but unexpected circumstances, such as severe weather or courier delays, may occasionally affect delivery.
