The cap I received has poor finishing. One side of the visor is sticking out, making the cap look defective. The embroidered logo is also much thinner than the artwork I provided. The overall build quality is not worth the price paid. I expected a premium custom product, but the cap feels low quality. I hope the quality control process is improved.
Overall, the material and finishing do not justify the ₹310 price. Based on the quality I received, it feels more like a ₹100–₹150 cap. I expected much better quality control from VistaPrint.
