I ordered four custom T-shirts from VistaPrint. In my first order, the logo was printed in a different color than what I had approved. After I contacted their support team, they responded professionally and replaced the order free of charge, which I really appreciated. However, when I received the replacement order, the logo color was still not accurate. We were expecting an orange logo, but the printed result was again closer to a dark yellow shade. Although the difference was smaller than the first order, the color still did not match our design expectations, which was disappointing and a bit embarrassing for our branding needs. That said, I would like to commend the customer support team. Their response was quick, helpful, and customer-focused throughout the process. While the color consistency in printing needs improvement, the support experience was excellent.
